About us

About us

At CustomerKIND we get business, we get data and we get customers. And we understand how to unite business strategy, data insight and customer communications into a clear and effective marketing roadmap.

Profitable customer experiences that matter often get stuck in the gaps between disciplines, diminishing their vital potential. We connect multi-disciplinary teams into a driving force for positive change by using the power of strategy and insight to demonstrate real business value, and – crucially – real customer value too.

We will take the time to understand your business priorities, opportunities and frustrations and then mobilise precisely the right team – comprised of experts in each relevant field – to enable you to grow, to achieve your goals and to gain competitive advantage.

We know business, we know marketing, we know consumers. Be kind to your customers and they’ll be kind to you. We know how.
